1299 Orenco Station ParkwayNexus is a mixed-use project consisting of 422 units of housing, 7100 square feet of ground floor retail along Orenco Station Parkway and a 4500 square foot clubhouse, including a conference center, fitness center, theater and lounge. The project has 40.5 dwelling units to the acre, which is relatively high density compared to the typical suburban three-story garden apartment.
Nexus creates an active and pedestrian-friendly streetscape that links the nationally recognized Orenco Village on Cornell Road all the way to the Orenco Station MAX light rail station. Nearly half of all units offer large two and three bedroom spaces making Nexus a child-friendly transit-oriented development targeted towards young professionals with children.
