If you spend time in Northeast Portland, you’ve likely noticed dramatic changes taking place in the Lloyd District. Wondering what’s planned? Join a lunch and learn with speaker Wade W. Lange, vice president and regional manager of American Assets Trust, who will talk about the transformation of a vast parking lot into Hassalo on Eighth, a vibrant, LEED Platinum, 24-hour community. The project includes the nation’s first and largest multi-family Natural Organic Recycling Machine; NORM treats and recycles 100 percent of the grey and black water created by all three buildings on site.
Lange serves as Vice President and Regional Manager for the Portland area, overseeing operations and development for approximately 1.3 million square feet of office, residential and retail property. Prior to joining American Assets Trust in February of 2013, Lange served as Vice President of Property Management for Langley Investment Properties and Ashforth Pacific, from 1997 to 2013, with primary responsibility for the Lloyd properties now owned by American Assets Trust.
