To limit the spread of COVID-19, Metro Regional Center is closed to the public. This listening session will be held electronically.
Metro Councilors want to hear from community members as they consider referral of the Get Moving 2020 transportation measure to the November ballot.
Four virtual listening sessions have been scheduled across greater Portland. Sessions will be accessible by phone and video conference.
Interpretation is available and closed captioning will be provided. Requests for interpretation need to be submitted two or more business days in advance.
For 18 months, Metro has worked with community leaders and the public on a potential transportation funding measure to make it safer and easier for everyone to get around as the Portland area continues to grow. The Get Moving 2020 package calls for comprehensive improvements to address traffic and safety on 16 of greater Portland’s most dangerous and congested corridors, and creates dedicated funding for programs that will make ongoing investments across the region.
