Please join Metro for a presentation entitled “Building regional disaster resilience: what worked in California and how it applies to Oregon.” The presenters are Abby Hall who is a senior advisor for the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and whose work focuses on climate adaptation and disaster resilience, and Arrietta Chakos who recently served as the senior advisor to the Metropolitan Transportation Commission/Association of Area Governments on regional resilience planning in 101 California cities and nine counties.
