Salmon endure one of the most remarkable feats known to nature during their migration back home. Join us on a bike ride from Broughton Beach along the Marine Drive Trail to follow the salmon migration journey and welcome them back home. Learn about salmon ecology and how their role in the ecosystem expands beyond their home river, and watch wildlife feed on the returning salmon, as well as how their role in the ecosystem expands beyond their home river. There may also be an opportunity to watch them spawn and end their journey. The bike ride will mainly be on a bike path and is four miles long (eight miles round trip). Participants must bring their own bikes.
