Free Metro Parks Parking Days 2018
Enjoy free parking at Oxbow and Blue Lake regional parks, Broughton Beach, M. James Gleason Memorial Boat Ramp and Chinook Landing Marine Park on Jan. 1, 15 and 18; Feb. 15 and 19; March 15; April 19; May 17; June 21; July 19; Aug. 16; Sept. 20; Oct. 18; Nov. 11, 15 and 23; and Dec. 20.
For one year after you buy it, your Metro parks annual pass covers your vehicle fee at Oxbow and Blue Lake regional parks, Broughton Beach, Chinook Landing Marine Park and M. James Gleason Boat Ramp. The pass must be displayed and visible from the rear-view mirror of your vehicle.
Purchase an annual pass online, over the phone or in person at the Blue Lake or Oxbow Regional park offices or Metro Regional Center at 600 NE Grand Ave. in Portland. MasterCard and Visa are accepted.
- Regular annual parking passes are $40
- Senior annual parking passes (for a person age 62 and older) are $30
- Annual parking passes for a person with disabilities are $10 for the first one, $5 for the second. (You must provide a document on official letterhead stating permanent disability. The handicap placard is not acceptable.
- Metro does accept the Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife disabled hunting/fishing license as proof of disability.
Up to two additional annual passes are available for vehicles from the same household at $10 each. Additional annual pass discounts are not intended for businesses. Replacement annual passes are available for $10 under certain circumstances.

Buy a pre-paid day pass
Enjoy one day of parking at Metro parks with a vehicle fee, including Oxbow and Blue Lake regional parks. Purchase a pre-paid pass over the phone or in person at the Blue Lake park office. MasterCard and Visa are accepted. Note: Purchases of fewer than 25 pre-paid one-day parking passes can be accommodated immediately. Purchase of more than 25 pre-paid one-day parking passes require two business days.
