Free Metro Parking Days 2021
Enjoy free parking at Oxbow and Blue Lake regional parks, Broughton Beach, M. James Gleason Memorial Boat Ramp and Chinook Landing Marine Park on Jan. 1, 18, 21; Feb. 15 and 18; March 18; April 15; May 20; June 19; July 15; Aug. 19; Sept. 16; Oct. 21; Nov. 11, 18 and 26; and Dec. 16.
For one year after you buy it, your Metro parks annual parking pass covers your vehicle parking fee at Oxbow and Blue Lake regional parks, Broughton Beach, Chinook Landing Marine Park and M. James Gleason Memorial Boat Ramp. The pass must be displayed and visible from the rearview mirror of your vehicle.
Purchase an annual parking pass online, over the phone or in person at the Blue Lake or Oxbow regional park offices. Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover are accepted. Discounts, extensions and refunds are not given in the event of closures due to weather, maintenance and other unforeseen situations.

Parking permit price update
Beginning in January 2020, Metro no longer provides a discount for additional annual parking passes. There are still discounts for seniors and people with disabilities. The new pass is a convenient hang tag that can be moved between vehicles.
- Regular annual parking passes are $40
- Senior annual parking passes (for a person age 62 and older) are $30
- Annual parking passes for a person with disabilities are $10. You must provide the number of a valid handicap placard or an Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife disabled hunting/ fishing license as proof of disability.
Purchasing an annual pass for a senior or person with disabilities requires documentation to set up your account; call 503-665-4995 for assistance. Once your account has been set up, senior and disability passes can be purchased online.
