Recommendation from the Affordable Housing Technical Advisory Committee accepted by the Metro Council in July, 2000
The Regional Affordable Housing Strategy was developed in 2000 by the Affordable Housing Technical Advisory Committee appointed by the Metro Council. After three years of implementing this strategy, the Council decided to appoint the Housing Choices Task Force to address the barriers that made it difficult for local governments to implement the 2000 strategy.
See the Housing Choices Task Force recommendations for the updated regional strategy.
