Share your feedback to help improve accessibility at the Metro Regional Center by completing a short survey. If you require the survey in an alternate format (paper, large font, audio), contact Cassie Salinas at 503-813-7586.
You can also send feedback by email to [email protected]metro.gov or by mail to Accessibility at Metro, 600 NE Grand Ave., Portland, OR 97232.
Metro is taking steps to make sure that people with disabilities are able to visit Metro destinations, participate in Metro programs, weigh in on Metro policies and projects and easily find Metro information online.
The first step is evaluating accessibility standard and practices. The initial recommendations will focus on improvements to Metro parks, Metro Regional Center and Metro’s primary public website. This effort will meet Americans with Disabilities Act requirements and help fulfill Metro’s commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion.

Accessibility for people with disabilities
Metro generally provides aids and services upon request to persons with disabilities so they can participate equally in programs, services and activities. All Metro meetings are wheelchair accessible. Individuals with service animals are welcome at Metro facilities, even where pets are generally prohibited.
If you need a communication aid, sign language interpreter or other modification, call 503-797-1890 or TDD/TTY 503-797-1804 five business days in advance.
