Free Metro Parking Days 2019
Enjoy free parking at Oxbow and Blue Lake regional parks, Broughton Beach, M. James Gleason Memorial Boat Ramp and Chinook Landing Marine Park on Jan. 1, 17 and 21; Feb. 18 and 21; March 21; April 18; May 16; June 20; July 18; Aug. 15; Sept. 19; Oct. 17; Nov. 11, 21 and 29; and Dec. 19.
For one year after you buy it, your Metro parks annual parking pass covers your vehicle fee at Oxbow and Blue Lake regional parks, Broughton Beach, Chinook Landing Marine Park and M. James Gleason Memorial Boat Ramp. The pass must be displayed and visible from the rearview mirror of your vehicle.
Purchase an annual parking pass online, over the phone or in person at the Blue Lake or Oxbow regional park offices. MasterCard and Visa are accepted.
- Regular annual parking passes are $40
- Senior annual parking passes (for a person age 62 and older) are $30
- Annual parking passes for a person with disabilities are $10. A second parking pass is $5. You must provide a document on official letterhead stating permanent disability. The handicap placard is not acceptable.
- Metro does accept the Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife disabled hunting/fishing license as proof of disability.
Up to two additional annual parking passes are available for vehicles from the same household at $10 each. Additional annual parking pass discounts are not intended for businesses. Replacement annual parking passes are available for $10 under certain circumstances.

Buy a pre-paid day pass
All pre-paid parking passes must be purchased at least 10 business days before the reservation holder’s event. This includes passes bought over the phone and in person at the Blue Lake or Oxbow park office. The reservation holder is responsible for distribution of passes to attendees prior to the reservation. No exceptions.
