Storage
Store in a locked cabinet or out of reach of children and pets and away from sources of heat or flames.
Disposal
Best: Use up or give away. Dispose of empty, nonaerosol containers in the garbage. Empty aerosol cans can be recycled with steel cans.
Second best: Take to a hazardous waste facility or collection event.
Third best: Dispose of solid leftover product in the garbage.
Alternatives
- Locate the cause of the odor and take action at the source.
- Open windows and doors for at least a few minutes every day.
- Correct moisture problems with home repairs such as adding vents and vapor barriers and making sure water is draining away from the house.
