Metro’s public spaces should be welcoming and safe for everyone, whether they’re visitors, customers, employees, volunteers or contractors.
Customers at Metro South and Metro Central transfer stations who engage in harassment or unsafe behavior may be removed from the facilities and kept from returning for a period of time. Behaviors that may result in removal include:
- Harassment or threatening behavior
- Obscene or abusive language
- Failure to follow instructions
- Unsafe conduct
- Destruction of property
