Metro invites the public to weigh in on transportation, housing and equity in the Portland area through an online survey. Results from the nine-question, 10-minute survey will inform several ongoing regional efforts.
First, users can share their opinions on how $38 million of federal transportation dollars should be allocated later this year. The survey also asks about trends and issues people think leaders should focus on as Metro begins a major update of the Regional Transportation Plan.
Metro and partners will use responses to help set policies to guide future transportation projects across the region.
The survey also requests feedback concerning housing issues, with an opportunity for residents to share their stories on that front as communities around the region grapple with housing affordability challenges.
Additionally, as Metro seeks to improve equity throughout the region, there are questions concerning accessibility and affordability for underrepresented communities.
