Candidates for election to a Metro office are required to file their campaign finance reports with the Elections Division of the Oregon Secretary of State’s office, except for those candidates who plan to raise and spend less than $750 in a calendar year. Contributions and expenditures are now filed in the Oregon Elections System for Tracking and Reporting (ORESTAR).
