Metro, in partnership with Centro Cultural, has brought together a community advisory group to weigh in on the proposed Metro West recycling and transfer center. The advisory group is formed by twelve local community members who represent diverse view points and experiences.

Over the last few months, Metro has worked with Centro Cultural de Washington County to organize virtual community meetings. The meetings are part of a larger effort to gather a range of opinions and perspectives about a potential new transfer center in Cornelius.
