Specific duties and responsibilities are outlined in the job posting during the recruitment and selection process. Note that some classifications may be organized into more than one employee group. For example, custodian falls under both AFSCME 3580 and LIUNA 483. There are other classifications that perform similar work, such as event custodian and utility worker that are covered under AFSCME 3580 and IUOE 701-1.
