Karen Natzel, owner Biz Therapy, LLC
Karen started her career in the design-build industry over 20 years ago as a communications specialist with the Associated General Contractors, then as the Marketing/Business Development director for a local construction firm where she led a successful proposal program. In 2003, she launched her company, K Communications, to help business leaders define their brand, shape their culture, and navigate growth and change. Karen serves as a confidential sounding board for leaders to build healthy, high-performing, and resilient organizations.
Christine Schlicker, owner NicJac Communications
As the owner of NicJac Communications (ESB, WBE, DBE) and freelance consultant for municipal and private entities, Christine’s focus is to help her clients understand complicated proposals and develop responses that speak to their company strengths. Christine’s current client base includes general contractors, architects and engineers, energy service providers, staffing agencies and various professional services. With each of these clients, Christine reviews the solicitation and attends planning meetings to make suggestions and develop a proposal response that highlights the true qualifications of each firm.
