Metro and its partners are working hard to improve transit along the Powell-Division corridor. To make that vision a reality, a group of community members and elected leaders are engaging people in the challenges the corridor faces – and the best way to address them.
A project steering committee met for three years to weigh public input and technical information to craft a transit project and related package of investments. The committee included a diverse mix of elected officials, community members and representatives from educational institutions and community-based organizations.
