  Non-profit bicycle organization based in Portland that offers bike safety and "Safe Routes for Kids" programs
• Community Cycling Center
  Non-profit bike shop that sells refurbished bikes and offers programs for low-income kids and adults
• Oregon Human Powered Vehicles
  Dedicated to riding, racing, and building all types of alternative bicycles, tricycles and human-powered craft
• Washington County BTC
  Promotes bicycle transportation, protect bicyclists’ rights and improve bicycling conditions throughout Washington County through education, advocacy and community.

• Bikestation Hillsboro
  Provides members with amenities, including  secure bicycle parking, ADA-compliant showers, restrooms, lockers, a bicycle self-repair stand with tools, and public transit information.

  Neighborhood learning center offering low cost bike repair, affordable accessories, weekly programs and workshops

Events

• Cirque du Cycling
  An annual June event in North Portland featuring a street festival, a circus, a bike race, a parade and more
• Cycle Oregon
  An annual week-long ride exploring and celebrating Oregon's beautiful places
• Oregon Bike Summit
  The annual summit for bike advocacy and information on statewide bike projects and programs
• Pedal Nation
  An annual Portland event with speakers on varied topics such as cycling with kids, electric bikes, urban trail development
• Pedalpalooza
  Two-plus weeks of fun each June, featuring hundreds of cycling events, most organized by individuals
• Sunday Parkways
  Sunday Parkways is a community event where thousands of people can be physically active on traffic-free streets. Walkers, runners, bicyclists, seniors, adults and children all enjoy performers, surprises, healthy physical activities and food. Sunday Parkways is organized by the Portland Bureau of Transportation with its many community partners.
