The Transit-Oriented Development Steering Committee makes recommendations to the Metro Council about high-density sustainable development projects close to transit.
Meeting schedule
The steering committee meets monthly from 10 a.m. to noon on the second Thursday. Meetings and other related events are posted on Metro's online calendar.

The mission of the Transit-Oriented Development Steering Committee is to create vibrant downtowns and main streets through public and private partnerships, investments and incentives for key development projects located near transit, and provide support for other alternative forms of transportation, such as walking and biking.
