The CAFR is designed to fairly present the financial position and results of operations of Metro as measured by the financial activity of its various funds. The CAFR includes the Report of Metro's Independent Auditors.
The Single Audit, an audit of federal grant programs, as required by Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Circular A-133, is published separately and is not a required part of the basic financial statements.
