Metro is committed to transparency and customer service in its policy and practice regarding public records requests. Choose from several options to view or request public records.
The right of citizens to inspect or receive copies of public records is long-established in the traditions and laws throughout the United States. Metro is committed to both the spirit and letter of the law on this subject.
Metro's policy and practices regarding public records requests are consistent with Oregon State law and a commitment to transparency and customer service, values articulated in the Council’s stated goals and objectives.
If you would like to request copies of public records, you may do so in several ways.
