Villa Capris is a three-story, 20 unit, low- and moderate-income housing project located in suburban Hillsboro at the Washington/SE 12th MAX light rail station. The Transit-Oriented Development Program purchased an easement to offset the cost of the elevator to achieve higher density and maintain ADA standards for 100 percent of units; very low parking ratio in a suburban location.
