2008 Multnomah County annexation packets

Annexation packets include:
- a copy of the annexation ordinance
- Secretary of State's letter of filing
- Department of Revenue 'Notice to Taxing Districts'
- a map of the boundary change
- a valid legal description of the annexation
- staff comments and findings
An annexation is not in effect until the Secretary of State's letter of determination (approval) has been issued, subject to ORS 199.461 and/or ORS 22.180 and/or ORS 222.750.
