Budget documents for FY 2004-05 through FY 2010-11.

Budget documents for years prior to FY 2004-05 are available through the Metro Financial Planning division.

Volume 1

Volume 1 includes the entire budget and general information pertinent to the development of the budget, summary tables and charts, department descriptions of major activities and goals for the year, and a summary of the budget by department and by fund. Department activities may be budgeted in more than one fund. The adopted five-year capital budget is also included in volume 1.

Volume 2

Volume 2 contains detailed, technical information used primarily by Metro managers to manage their programs. This detail includes current as well as historical line item revenues and line item expenditures.

Volume 3

Beginning in FY 2007-08, Metro began publishing a Program Budget as its third volume. This volume aligns Metro's operating programs under the Metro Council's goals and includes performance measures and critical success factors to assist the Council and citizens of the region in measuring a program's progress.
