2005 Clackamas County annexation packets

Annexation packets include:

• a copy of the annexation ordinance
• Secretary of State's letter of determination
• a map of the boundary change
• a copy of the assessor's map book page
• a valid legal description of the annexation
• staff comments and findings.

An annexation is not in effect until the Secretary of State's letter of determination (approval) has been issued, subject to ORS 199.461 and/or ORS 222.180 and/or ORS 222.750.
