Purchase an annual park pass for free parking at Oxbow and Blue Lake regional parks, Chinook Landing Marine Park and the M. James Gleason Boat Ramp. Passes are not accepted for special events.
The annual pass must be in the proper windshield location to be valid (lower left corner of the windshield on the driver's side).
Purchase a pass online, over the phone or in person at the Blue Lake or Oxbow park offices or the MetroStore at Metro Regional Center. MasterCard and Visa are accepted. For more information, call 503-665-4995 option 0.
Prices
- Regular passes are $40
- Senior passes are $30
- Low-income/disability passes are $10 (documentation required)

Passes are not transferable to other vehicles. Up to two additional passes are available for vehicles from the same household at $10 each for regular and senior passes and $5 for low-income/disability passes. (Additional pass discounts are not intended for businesses.) Replacement passes are available for $10 if your vehicle is sold or under other warranted circumstances.
