Metro Councilor Rex Burkholder, District 5, chairs the North Portland Enhancement Committee. Members attend two to three meetings per grant cycle - usually in the spring - at Metro Regional Center in Northeast Portland.

Members are nominated by a panel of community members and confirmed by the Metro Council to serve a two-year term. Current membership on the committee includes the following community members:

Chris Duffy, Arbor Lodge
Jeff Bissonnette, Cathedral Park
Doretta Shrock, Kenton
David Davies, Overlook
Cece Hughley Noel, Portsmouth
Robin Plance, St. Johns
Michael Salvo, University Park
