The Metro Recycling Information hotline provides recycling and disposal information and referrals in the Portland metropolitan area.

Looking to recycle paint? Get rid of pesticides and other household chemicals and toxic items that don't belong in the trash? In addition to accepting household hazardous waste at two permanent facilities six days a week, Metro has collection events every weekend (except major holidays) from March through November at locations across the region.
