2007 Multnomah County annexation packets

Annexation packets include:

• a copy of the annexation ordinance
• Secretary of State's letter of filing
• Department of Revenue 'Notice to Taxing Districts'
• a map of the boundary change
• a valid legal description of the annexation
• staff comments and findings

An annexation is not in effect until the Secretary of State's letter of determination (approval) has been issued, subject to ORS 199.461 and/or ORS 222.180 and/or ORS 222.750.
